The Spine of Night
Raved about SXSW premiering hand-rotoscoped animated feature “The Spine of Night” has seen its North American rights acquired by RLJE Films and corporate sibling Shudder.

The animated fantasy horror film will now hit theaters in late 2021 and in 2022 on Shudder which also has UK, Australia and New Zealand rights. Richard E. Grant, Lucy Lawless, Patton Oswalt, Betty Gabriel and Joe Manganiello lend their voices to the ultra-violent fantasy. [Source: Deadline]

The Flash
Jordan Fisher (“Hamilton,” “To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You,” “Teen Wolf”) has scored a recurring guest star role as Bart Allen (aka. Impulse) in The CW’s “The Flash”.

Bart is the future son of Barry aka the Flash (Grant Gustin) and Iris (Candice Patton) and is said to be “the fastest teenager on the planet.” Fisher will appear towards the season’s end. [Source: Variety]

Young Sheldon
CBS has handed out a whopping three season renewal order for its sitcom “Young Sheldon,” keeping the “Big Bang Theory” prequel series on the air until at least 2024.
