Roadside Attractions will produce the feature with Park’s Imminent Collision banner.
“WandaVision” and “The Interview” actor Randall Park is set to make his directorial debut on a feature film adaptation of the Bay Area-set graphic novel “Shortcomings” for Roadside Attractions.
Adrian Tomine penned the comic which follows a trio of young urbanites – Ben Tanaka, Miko Hayashi and Alice Kim – as they navigate a range of interpersonal relationships, traversing the country in search of the ideal connection.
Tomine will pen the screenplay while Park, Hieu Ho, Michael Golamco, Howard Cohen, Eric d’Arbeloff, Jennifer Berman and Ryan Paine will produce.
