Corin Hardy (“Gangs of London,” “The Nun”) will direct the Sam Raimi-produced thriller “Every House is Haunted”. Jason Pagan & Andrew Deutschman penned the script.

The story follows an insurance investigator tries to debunk claims that a couple’s death was caused by a haunted house, but his doubts are challenged by a psychic and the mysterious occurrences he witnesses with his own eyes.

The project is primarily an adaptation of the Ian Rogers short story “The House on Ashley Avenue” and was shopped around this week with Netflix coming out top over a number of bids.

Zainab Azizi and Roy Lee will also produce.
