With Marvel Studios’ “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” having wrapped up, there’s a bit of a break before the third of their series – “Loki” – hits the airwaves.
While “WandaVision” was a one-off and leads into the new “Doctor Strange” film, “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” is essentially standalone and could return in some form for another season.
Producer Nate Moore, who is involved in ‘Falcon’ and several Marvel films like “Black Panther” and “Eternals,” tells Indiewire that while he’s not yet ready to commit to another season he’s optimistic of the possibility:
“We’ve definitely kicked around ideas because we always like to keep thinking about where things can go, but we also, frankly, in the crush of the pandemic, we’re just trying to finish the show [‘Falcon’] and make sure it got out in a timely matter. Hopefully at the end of this season, you will see the potential for what we could tell in a subsequent season.
