Bruce Willis, Chad Michael Murray, Jesse Metcalfe and Kelly Greyson will star in “The Fortress,” a proposed trilogy of action thrillers at Emmett/Furla Films.
The first two films in the trio will be shot back-to-back with production having just kicked off in Puerto Rico. A third film will shoot sometime later.
The story unfolds at a top-secret resort for retired U.S. intelligence officers. A group of criminals led by Balzary (Murray) breach the compound, hellbent on revenge on Robert (Willis) which forces the retired officer and his son (Metcalfe) to save the day.
Alan Horsnail is penning the script from a story by Randall Emmett and Emile Hirsch. Cullen Bressack (“Killing Field”) helms the feature which Emmett, George Furla, Luillo Ruiz and Chad A. Verdi produce.
