A now-deleted store listing over at Microsoft has leaked details on “Two Point Campus,” a sequel to SEGA’s acclaimed and popular “Two Point Hospital” game.
That original 2018 game, a spiritual successor to 1997’s “Theme Hospital,” is a strategy game in which the player constructs and operates an empire of hospitals in the fictional Two Point County – all done with Aardman-style CG animation and wacky humour.
The listing for the new one says we’ll see players building and managing a university campus and included the following synopsis:
“Get to know your students, explore their personalities and fulfil their wants and needs. Craft buildings, choose courses, hire the best staff and build an academic institution to stand the test of time.”
Unlike ‘Hospital,’ ‘Campus’ will allow players to manage outdoor elements for the first time including buildings, trees, pathways, and decorative items.
Hospital’s quirky range of symptoms is replaced here with a quirky range of academic courses from learning to be a knight, to a gastronomy course building twelve-foot pizzas and giant pies.
It’s expected the game will drop later this year for PC and Xbox.
