VP of game studios Amir Rahimi announced Netflix’s acquisition of Boss Fight Entertainment.

Known for free-to-play mobile title Dungeon Boss, the US-based studio was founded in 2013 and will join Netflix’s in-house development team.

Boss Fight Entertainment will continue to operate independently from its three studios in Allen, Austin and Seattle.
